Terms and Conditions

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time.
  • Remaining balances are due on or before the day of the session, unless otherwise stated in writing or outlined in a signed agreement.
  • Sessions are not officially booked until the deposit has been received and confirmed.

Weddings & Event Services

Wedding and event photography bookings are subject to separate payment schedules, including retainer requirements, milestone payments, and final balance deadlines, as outlined in the signed Wedding & Portrait Photography Agreement.

Boudoir Age Verification

For the safety and integrity of our studio, all boudoir clients must be 18 years of age or older. A valid government-issued ID is required and will be verified prior to the session.

2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • Clients may reschedule one (1) time without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours may require a new deposit.
  • In cases of illness or emergency, accommodations may be made at the Photographer’s discretion.
  • If the Photographer must cancel, all payments—including deposits—will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date.

Weddings & Events

Wedding cancellations, rescheduling, and forfeiture of retainers are governed exclusively by the terms outlined in the signed Wedding & Portrait Photography Agreement.

3. WEATHER & OUTDOOR SESSIONS

  • For outdoor sessions, weather decisions will be made 24–48 hours in advance when possible.
  • Severe or unsafe weather conditions may require rescheduling.
  • The Photographer maintains final discretion regarding weather-related postponements.

4. LATE ARRIVALS

  • Late arrivals will result in reduced session time.
  • Sessions will not be extended past the scheduled end time.
  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and submit a new deposit.

This section does not apply to wedding day coverage, which follows the contracted timeline.

5. IMAGE DELIVERY

  • Standard turnaround time for edited images is 7–14 days, depending on season and session type.
  • Rush editing may be available for an additional fee.
  • Raw or unedited files are not provided under any circumstances.

Weddings

Wedding image delivery timelines, priority turnaround, and delivery methods are governed by the signed Wedding & Portrait Photography Agreement.

6. EDITING & ARTISTIC STYLE

  • By booking, clients acknowledge familiarity with the Photographer’s editing style, artistic approach, and creative judgment.
  • Minor retouching (light skin smoothing, color correction, etc.) is included.
  • Advanced retouching requests may be accommodated for an additional fee.

7. COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USAGE

  • All images are the copyrighted property of the Photographer.
  • Personal sessions include a personal-use license, allowing clients to download, print, and share images for personal use.
  • Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Commercial & Branding Sessions

Corporate branding and commercial sessions receive a commercial-use license appropriate to the package purchased.

8. PHOTOGRAPHER’S USE OF IMAGES

  • The Photographer may use images for portfolio display, website content, social media, marketing, or promotional materials with client consent.
  • Private or sensitive sessions (including boudoir) will never be shared without explicit written approval.

9. PRINTING, PRINT CREDITS & PRODUCTS

  • LB Professional, LLC is the exclusive provider of printing services for images captured.
  • Print credits may be used toward:
    • Canvas wall art
    • Standard photographic prints
  • Standard photographic prints do not include frames, mats, mounts, or accessories unless purchased separately.
  • Print credits:
    • Are non-transferable
    • Have no cash value
    • May not be exchanged for refunds or discounts
  • Print credits must be redeemed within 30 days of gallery delivery, unless otherwise stated.
  • Unused print credits expire and are forfeited.

Weddings

Wedding print credits, redemption timelines, and archiving policies are governed by the signed Wedding & Portrait Photography Agreement.

10. DIGITAL FILES & ARCHIVING

  • Edited images are delivered via an online gallery.
  • Galleries remain active for 30 days from delivery.
  • Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images.
  • Long-term archiving beyond one (1) year is not guaranteed.

11. CLIENT COOPERATION

  • Clients agree to follow the Photographer’s guidance regarding posing, locations, and safety.
  • Children must be supervised at all times during sessions.
  • The Photographer is not responsible for limited results due to uncooperative behavior or factors beyond control.

12. LIABILITY

  • The Photographer is not liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or unforeseen circumstances during sessions.
  • Liability for weddings and events is limited as outlined in the Wedding & Portrait Photography Agreement.

13. TRAVEL & LOCATIONS

  • Travel within 50 miles of Bluffdale, Utah is included.
  • Additional mileage or location fees may apply.
  • Permits or location fees are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.

14. STUDIO POLICIES

  • No smoking, vaping, food, or disruptive behavior inside the studio unless approved.
  • Clients may be responsible for repair or replacement costs for damaged equipment or property.

15. WEDDING SERVICES — SEPARATE AGREEMENT

Wedding photography services are governed by a separate Wedding & Portrait Photography Agreement, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Retainer and payment schedules
  • Session-based payment requirements
  • Cancellation and rescheduling policies
  • Print credits and archiving terms
  • Image delivery timelines
  • Limitation of liability

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the signed Wedding Agreement, the Wedding Agreement shall control.

16. AGREEMENT

By booking a session, purchasing services or products, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
