Refunds and Return Policy for Prints

At LB Professional, LLC, all printed products are carefully created in-house and custom-made using images selected by the client. Because of the personalized nature of our products, the following Refund & Returns Policy applies.


1. CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCTS (NO RETURNS)

All printed products—including canvas wall art, photographic prints, and any custom photo products—are considered custom items.

  • All sales are final once an order has been placed.
  • Custom printed products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing image selections, sizes, and product details prior to finalizing their order.

2. PRINT QUALITY ISSUES

If a printed product arrives with a defect or printing error directly caused by LB Professional, LLC (such as color issues, damage, or production flaws):

  • The client must notify LB Professional, LLC within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • The issue must be documented with clear photographs.
  • If the issue is verified, LB Professional, LLC will reprint the product at no additional cost.

This policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by handling, hanging, or environmental conditions after delivery
  • Variations in color due to monitor or screen differences
  • Normal texture or finish variations inherent to canvas or print materials

3. SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • LB Professional, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Damage caused during shipping must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photo documentation.
  • Replacement decisions for shipping-related damage will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. PRINT CREDITS

  • Print credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
  • Print credits may not be exchanged for services, discounts, or monetary refunds.
  • Unused print credits expire according to the timeframe stated in the client’s agreement or gallery delivery notice.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES

  • Digital images, session fees, retainers, and photography services are non-refundable once delivered or rendered.
  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on artistic style, editing preferences, or subjective expectations.

6. COLOR & DISPLAY DISCLAIMER

  • Printed colors may vary slightly from how images appear on personal screens due to monitor calibration and display settings.
  • These variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for refunds or reprints.

7. AGREEMENT

By purchasing printed products, print credits, or photography services from LB Professional, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Returns Policy.
